Annoyed by Loom’s 5-minute limit? Yeah. Me too.
It’s like renting a Ferrari and being told you can only drive around the block.

Since day one in my career, I’ve had one core belief:
There’s always a way.
If I haven’t found it yet, that just means the game is still on.
So, when I went hunting for something that can’t put me on a timer…
I finally found it!

If I wanted, I could’ve shown you 10 different tools and put Komodo somewhere in between a 2000 word blog post.
That’s not who I am. I’m a creative co-pilot who help founders and busy marketers like you save time.
And as far as I know, there’s nothing better than Komodo. That’s why I’ve cut to the chase.
It’s so stupidly underrated.
Like literally!
You’re sleeping on a very cool, free screen recording powerhouse.
Since I’ve switched from Loom to Komodo, I’ve paid $0.
In return, I got this:
And don’t worry about that black strip you’re seeing on the right side. That’s because I’ve got my navigation bar at the left like this:

That’s not Komodo’s fault.
Anyways…
It even throws in a built-in editor that doesn’t suck.

Every month, you can export only 3 videos for free.
To be frank, I’m the guy who wants freebies all the time. That’s why I prefer recording clean edits of my videos lol.
I think recording yourself over and again improves your presence on camera. The more you practice it, the better you get.
The only time I use its editor is when someone needs a video from me asap and I don’t have time for multiple takes.
Just in case you wanna export more than 3 videos and hate going for multiple takes, you can upgrade from my affiliate link.
If you do that, I’ll get a cut from the payment you make to Komodo. You don’t pay extra.
But seriously, I don’t want you to upgrade.
If a tool this good is giving you everything you need for free, why spend a dime for just a video editor?
You came here looking for the best free Loom alternative.
You just found it.
Mission accomplished.
Now go record that video and replace your meetings. And please, don’t do this in your head:

It’s okay. Hit record. And have fun!
