We start with a call where you walk me through your SaaS as it exists today. Your current setup, past attempts, what's working, where things are stuck, and where you want to go next. This is about understanding your reality, not selling you anything.
If it's not going to be worth it, I'll tell you right away and might save you money too. If it is, we move forward.
Strategy and alignment
I come back with a clear strategy based on what I've seen, either in a second call or a Loom walkthrough. What to focus on, what to ignore, and why.
We align on priorities, scope, pricing, and paperwork before anything starts.
Execution and review
I get to work. You get weekly updates via a meeting or a Loom walkthrough, depending on our schedules.
Outside of that, you have up to 14 hours a day of dedicated chat availability from me for questions, feedback, and quick unblockers. Every three months, we review the numbers and double down on what's working.

Hey, I'm Azfar.
I'm from Delhi, India. I started my career in 2018 trying to figure out how to make money online and ended up writing on iWriter as a content writer. I started as a content writer and slowly turned into a marketer because freelancing forced me to learn it. There's no way I could have survived eight years without learning marketing and sales.
Outside work, I'm a singer, songwriter, and beat producer. I've built full apps with frontend and backend as a self-taught non-coder, and helped engineers debug problems just for the dopamine.
